Of course views all mine. All without prejudice. Just a regular chap after all. Oh...and RT's may equally imply ridicule as endorsement.

I raised concerns about CQC inspectors tipping off the trust when I'd spent years quietly pursuing a criminal case without alerting them. Interfering in a potential crime scene, I believe I called it.

I'm sure there's something a little more 'pointed' somewhere, but I did find this in one of my early emails leading up to meeting David Behan.pic.twitter.com/cvYvoERv2v

Thanks John. Did CQC agree that it was a potential criminal matter & do you know if CQC liaised with the police before raising any issue with the trust?

As I recall, they weren't keen to acknowledge they had evidence of a crime in front of them at all. CQC wanted police to say it first, police wanted CQC to say it first. Catch 22 by design. But they were blatant with trust. Even appeared in the inspection report as 'guidance'.

There we are then. And here's the relevant inspection report paragraph. They didn't look where I told them to look, booked appt with trust in advance and then told them what they'd been looking at before mentioning it to me. Oh.. and misled my MP & I before report published.pic.twitter.com/V4NVsA1FMi

Well, I thought so. Maybe that was just an alternative wording for 'not in our remit'? Still not entirely sure. Think I may need to find out one of these days. 😉

Was a ‘discussion’ on resources and what CQC could do ...which seemed to us to defeat the salient purpose of CQC
