That is their way Allyn, they denigrate you hoping you will back down, when you don't they slide away like the snakes they are to kill,off someone else then plead that it was the system, not their negligence that was the cause.

Absolutely correct. I will never allow this to be blamed on system errors or failings due to being understaffed etc Ben was clearly failed because they prioritised other patients believing he was not a priority. He at least deserved to be treated. They left him to die and covered
