I certainly agree with you on the ego aspect. It can be dangerous. Tho I appreciate it might take a high level of personal confidence to be brave enough to carry out some clinical procedures, humility still has its place.

It's a fair point - I can't imagine anyone actually consenting to having initials engraved onto their liver either. It's just that rare convictions on this particular charge always catch my eye, as it's the same one I had cause to report.
