This is the NHS-Consultants admitting the parents were right & they were wrong on tape, then they realised they were being recorded & demanded the tape be ignored. So where are the good honest doctors???https://twitter.com/allyncondon/status/940341346853892096 …
Well done for sticking to your guns. They obviously weren't keen on letting you have access to the medical records and clearly eager to avoid it becoming a trend. One wonders why..?

We requested to see the original notes (not the copies we were sent) 3 weeks ago. Just found out apparently the legal team forgot to arrange it.

'Forgot', eh? How unfortunate. Took us around 9 months to get all the emails etc - so much heading and shifting goalposts. Not convinced we have everything even now.

The eye opener for me was after getting copies of all the med records ourselves, our solicitors also requested a copy. Their copy stood 3 times the height of the records provided to us. And STILL weren't complete.

Very helpful information, John. Thanks.

The key thing to remember is that the records are compromised a long time before we ever get them. David Behan knew what 'weeding/seeding' was immediately. It's one of the quirks - the accused has full control over the evidence that the victim needs to convict them.

...leaves us searching for scraps in whatever they've deemed us worthy of receiving. Only silver lining is that covering up seems to be such a common thing, they often get careless.

Yes, there was a point when they suddenly got much more careful with disclosing docs. We're particularly suspicious about a meeting, the minutes of which there were internal emails about disclosing before it was denied that minutes were taken.

Ha ha exactly the same. It seems like a common game which they think is acceptable to play. We only got it after presenting at the hospital several times which by all accounts will be happening this week as well
