Agree. Decades of persistent NHS Secretary of State/Regulatory failings have led to people's emotions imploding/exploding in the face of ignored corruption malpractice obfuscation and injustice at every turn. No one leading the NHS Nationally at present & attempts to,are failing.

Quite. This latest 'no blame' push is just oil on the fire, imho. Saying candour will suffer & predicting more cover-ups when they are already so rife, is like threatenening to continue flogging a dead horse you've already flogged to death.

True John. 2 hospitals worth of lies and cover ups makes me doubt honesty even exists and accountability farfetched.

We doubt everything after a while. Generally because everything gives us good reason to doubt it. Words and pictures don't match in medical regulation.
