After watching that CQC presentation, I'd say you're probably right there, Umesh. Lots of people say lots of things - but you made the numbers move - the right way. That got my attention.

I must confess, I'm less impressed with time served than I am with achievements, tbh. As an ex boss once said; 'It's not about how warm your seat is, it's about what you did while you were sat in it.' :)

... hence my being impressed by the numbers moving so radically. That's an achievement. Not everyone gains 25yrs experience in 25yrs. I've met many who repeat their mistakes, so instead end up with 1yrs experience x25. Tenures of the same length are not always equal..
