I'd not heard of that - thanks for the heads-up. A quick search seems to suggest it involves clinicians potentially using their own iOS devices for this purpose? Have I got that right?

data was secure. FB bought backend Parse server then shut it down. Cost too much to migrate hence stopped

The consent form clearly was PID whilst the photo alone probably isn't.

Personal identification data... Or PII personal identifiable information. Photo of your skin lesion can be taken so as not likely to reveal your identity.
