@C7RKY I read this as additional activity not in place of ppl's rights to raise concerns directly with CQC.Providers responsible for quality -
@Care_excellence And you're right. It is additional. Problem is, CQC fail to act on current intel, so gathering more of it isn't convincing. -

@Care_excellence Then I think we're in agreement? I could bore you for hours on current CQC weaknesses. I don't see this helping at all, tbh -
