@Cleverestcookie Is that 'permission to access' from the patient recorded in any way Cathy? How is risk of unconsented access controlled?
@Cleverestcookie Thanks Cathy. That's actually more robust than I'd expected. Still relies on HCP's word that they had consent, but not bad.
