@C7RKY they didn't quote it, just ignored it..hope to goodness same doesn't happen re outcome of case relating to DNACPR right to know -
@katemasters67 You and I both. We can't afford to accept the bland excuse of 'futile', or faux MH assessments tho, if it's not to be ignored -
@C7RKY CQC have picked up inappropriate MH assessments in inspections..hopefully with new powers action will become more robust -
@katemasters67 It's about what action they take. They find plenty, despite themselves - doesn't mean they do anything meaningful with it tho
