      @C7RKY This doesn't include Coroners' post mortems, which make up the vast majority - they help answer questions, as will medical examiners.

      @C7RKY Of course, post mortem remains the gold standard and routinely demonstrates disease that was not suspected during life.

          @C7RKY CQC have picked up inappropriate MH assessments in inspections..hopefully with new powers action will become more robust
