Of course views all mine. All without prejudice. Just a regular chap after all. Oh...and RT's may equally imply ridicule as endorsement.

      @DrUmeshPrabhu Nice one Umesh, thank you. This will ultimately require the redesign of consent forms which I mentioned, to fix this robustly

      @C7RKY Dodgy doctors can not be fixed by any system but can only be fixed by robust #leadership and #governace. Fortunately they are rare

      @DrUmeshPrabhu Nobody knows how rare such doctors are, sadly - despite awareness, nobody's looking. Inexplicably. > https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/risk_assessment_of_consent_forms#incoming-653484 …

      @C7RKY You ask the expert. At any given time in any organisation 1 to 6% doctors have problems which may put #patients and #staff at risk!

      @C7RKY If you identify early 90% of these doctors can be helped. #Patients, staff and #NHS will safer and better. If not many suffer.

      @DrUmeshPrabhu I totally accept medical risks. As I do (non-reckless) errors: doctors are human too. Just don't accept them being covered up

      @DrUmeshPrabhu Every cover-up doesn't just add insult to quite literal injury for pt, it's dangerous because nobody learns if risks hidden.

      @GiletGirl @DebHazeldine @DrUmeshPrabhu I do believe in blame where it's deserved tbh. I think lack of it is why we're where we are, frankly

      @DrUmeshPrabhu @debhazeldine @giletgirl Sorry to disappoint, but for some things I do think blame is deserved. Depends on circumstances tho.

          @C7RKY @DrUmeshPrabhu @DebHazeldine @GiletGirl what's the difference? In both cases someone has to take responsibility.That's what's missing

          @katemasters67 @DrUmeshPrabhu @DebHazeldine @GiletGirl To be fair, I don't mind what it's called. It's consequences that are truly lacking.

          @C7RKY @DrUmeshPrabhu @DebHazeldine @GiletGirl that's true..level of responsibility, and involvement, in error should dictate consequences.
