@C7RKY Job Centre nazis. Hereford & Swansea. Also ordered me to lie abt the reason I'm unemployed (sacked for making protected disclosures). -
@Planet_Wblower The job centre told you to lie about why you were sacked? Amazing they didn't then use it as a reason to sanction you! -
@C7RKY They told me they would if I didn't get a job like NOW as a carer or in a call centre. WBs who have claimed JSA will know this stuff. -
@Planet_Wblower Aren't you supposed to do something wrong before getting sanctioned? Not having a job is why you were there in the 1st place -
@C7RKY Well yes, but I wasn't getting interviews. I refused to lie. They told me to leave off master's & PhD work & experience. I wouldn't. -
@Planet_Wblower@C7RKY my nephew was told to do that ! Its a CRIMINAL OFFENCE TO LIE ON A CV TOO! -
@NHSNaziHunters@Planet_Wblower It is? Blimey. I didn't know that. There's your answer if they try it again then Jo. -
@C7RKY@NHSNaziHunters I did know, John. I even showed them their own paperwork which says it. &multiple job sites where it's CLEARLY stated - 5 more replies

@C7RKY Caring is difficult; requires skill set & traits that not everyone has, & people who don't have them should NOT be anywhere near pts. -
@Planet_Wblower It needs someone with the character & mentality to offer compassion. I agree, not everyone has that to offer. -
@C7RKY@Planet_Wblower How does an employer decide if a person has this at interview? Very difficult I would imagine . -
@Farce1111@Planet_Wblower There are good/bad interviewers, but it'll only ever reveal so much. Probation supervision is everything really. -
@C7RKY@Planet_Wblower I am representing a nurse at present who says they have not had a supervision/appraisal in 12 years -
@Farce1111@Planet_Wblower 12 years?! On paper the employer shouldn't have a leg to stand on. Bet it's not that simple once lawyers pitch in -
@C7RKY@Planet_Wblower recent misconduct reported to NMC so be interesting to test their stance on supervison -
@Farce1111@Planet_Wblower That could be v interesting actually. I know many others who've been unimpressed with the NMC. Good test... - 6 more replies
