@paulrogers002 I experienced it briefly. They just made up appts & said I hadn't attended them. Took me 6m to get them to admit they'd lied.

@C7RKY At my job centre two years ago, they just routinely sanctioned any LT unemployed person--staff admitted 200/day--then awaited appeals -
