@C7RKY there really isn't any 'legal remedy' in the UK for a death in hospital - genuinely think only ECtHR could do anything, but wont. -
@NHSNaziHunters Tell me about it! Police will consider fraud/forgery, if forced to do so, but total brick wall re assault. Years of trying. -
@C7RKY ECtHR says you have to 'exhaust' all domestic remedies before you apply to them, but only have 6 mo. from date of your final attempt -
