@NHSNaziHunters The more I learn, the more I realise ensuring medical records are protected from fraudulent amendment by HCPs, is critical. -
@C7RKY oh ,DOH have LOTS of mandatory rules re: records - just dont ever punish forgery and fraud! -
@NHSNaziHunters Well there's a shocker. Should be a police matter really...but that doesn't always make things any better, unfortunately. -
@NHSNaziHunters Oh..that. I read that a long time ago. Perhaps I should make a point of going through it again now, with newfound knowledge. -
@C7RKY there really isn't any 'legal remedy' in the UK for a death in hospital - genuinely think only ECtHR could do anything, but wont. -
@NHSNaziHunters Tell me about it! Police will consider fraud/forgery, if forced to do so, but total brick wall re assault. Years of trying. - 6 more replies

@C7RKY My son had many only to be informed that best procedure to monitor AVM was angiogram. Thanks for telling us 12 months too late. -
@157Tracey Fat lot of use it is being told after the event eh? Jees... -
@C7RKY But no one wants to be held responsible. All we get is 'Sorry' not good enough. -
@157Tracey I understand what you mean completely. Even getting a sorry is an achievement, from what I can tell. Everyone always ducks...
