@C7RKY I thought it was sensible. It's the implementation that will be the test as majority of change is behavioural

@Cleverestcookie Which bit did you think was sensible Cathy? Wouldn't hold your breath on implementation mind you >https://twitter.com/C7RKY/status/565492017099464706 … -
@C7RKY well it all read sensibly to me, but changing culture in an org is hard to do unless you replace lead bullies with strong leads -
@Cleverestcookie I think most people just laughed when they heard 'Guardians' will be employed by trusts. Makes a farce of the report tbh. -
@C7RKY ok. Works ok elsewhere -
@Cleverestcookie Any position that's funded by the trust will be unreliable imho. Based upon the experiences of many. PALS being one example -
@C7RKY@Cleverestcookie Model could work if position responsible to Board, not trust executive. Of course, relies on board doing their duty -
@MatSilk@Cleverestcookie Pay cheques all come from the same pot in that situation Matt. I'm not convinced there's enough separation there. - 18 more replies

@C7RKY add me to your list John. It's little more than a road map to a political get out of jail free card. -
@WhistleblowNI It's hard to view it any other way, isn't it Kevin? Certainly doesn't seem to offer any help against the daily stories I hear
