@justice4mum How funny you should say that. Police's mishandling of the original evidence was a big theme for me too. Insulting dismissal.

@justice4mum Slightly different for me. I made them look at all the evidence on the criminal end of the scales of balance of probability, > -
@justice4mum but then they just blandly declared the scales had tipped the other way, without offering any evidence to justify such a view. -

@justice4mum It's taken over 2yrs for me to get them to re-look at this. I can't say how many people have had harm covered up in that time. - 5 more replies

@C7RKY @stopcoverups thats great to hear john fingers crossed for you and family x -
@ashkarmstrong @stopcoverups Don't get too excited Karen. I think they've only agreed to re-look because they've been forced to do so. :) -

@stopcoverups
@ashkarmstrong It just shouldn't be this way, should it? I find police's reluctance to pursue crimes by clinicians staggering. -
@C7RKY @stopcoverups agree john no it shouldnt so unfair i just cant understand why we all get treat terrible for their wrong doing x -
@ashkarmstrong @stopcoverups When they fail to act, the police leave themself open to being accused of protecting fellow emergency services.

@C7RKY Well done John. Fingers are crossed for you. :) -
@willcpowell Thanks Will. I'm not holding my breath that all will go smoothly, based upon the attitude shown by police, but we'll see. :) -
@C7RKY Police appear 2 think medical crime resulting in needless damage &/or death to patients is par for the course-we need accountability! -
@willcpowell That's exactly what I said when they tried to brush off systemised overriding of pt's right to consent as mere 'poor practice'! -
@C7RKY Police would take a different view if it was their child, mum, father, wife, brother, sister or friend that died negligently :"( -
@willcpowell Wouldn't they just! Bet those cases wouldn't fall into the 20% of crimes they've been caught out not registering. Like ours.
