@C7RKY and it's worth saying some of the rules- because it's very under-scrutinised- remain unfair and outdated, such as on sexual consent. -
@EllieCumbo Hmmm. Would that lack of fairness extend to assault from having no medical consent too, or is that particular to sexual consent? -
@C7RKY it's specific to sexual offence victims below the age of consent; the scheme reserves the right to find they consented 'in fact'. -
