@CareQualityComm Are you referring to those already in post tho? I mean publish details at application stage, for feedback pre-appointment. -
.
@C7RKY@CareQualityComm I see what you mean. We will need to think that through.@AlanRosenbach -
@AlanRosenbach@CareQualityComm Let me know when you get round to doing so. Happy to throw my thoughts into the equation if it helps. -
.
@C7RKY@CareQualityComm we are working at this all the time so will come back in very near future.

@C7RKY@CareQualityComm if issues in public domain local press often squirrel them out (eventually). But some probs not made public eg drink -
@AliJaneMoore@CareQualityComm Local press can only discover such info after the appointment is announced tho, no? Already in post by then. -
@C7RKY@CareQualityComm yes good point. I can think of one recent case where something a little odd then came out about the CE after apptmnt -
@AliJaneMoore@CareQualityComm There's an army of 'experts by experience' who know lots re some of these senior managers' previous 'form'. > -
@AliJaneMoore@CareQualityComm It would seem sensible to create the means to tap into that knowledge in a timely fashion? Before appointment

@C7RKY@CareQualityComm all non exe of boards removed if board does not publicly state issues in trust -
@hughmccloy@CareQualityComm I can see where you're going with this, but how could non-execs be sure they'd been made aware of all issues? -
@C7RKY@CareQualityComm in NIre they sit and chair risk, audit, health & safety committees, and were more aware than some exe members -
@hughmccloy@CareQualityComm That's good, but I'm conscious they'll still only know about what's put on agenda. Doesn't guarantee awareness. -
@C7RKY@CareQualityComm i agree with that, I sat in board meetings for over 3 years in Northern Trust NI, non exe's there should be shifted -
@hughmccloy@CareQualityComm I'd say the same of a few I can think of too, but I've also seen cover-ups your ave non-exec would never spot.

Great idea
@C7RKY@CareQualityComm - my manager was involved in 2 previous whistleblowings & bullying complaints/investigation prior to mine -
@MaowMaowMew@CareQualityComm I guess this may have offered the opportunity, for those who previously encountered your manager, to speak up? -
Yes I was new then, 2 staff came to me as manager saying they were scared of "comeback" but too scared 2 explain why

@C7RKY@CareQualityComm Perhaps publish too the CV's of#CQC employees as it is clear some do NOT have any previous experience at all... -
Great idea
@tomsanguish I didn't know my manager was involved in 2 WB's & bullying complaint/investigation prior to mine when I joined -
@MaowMaowMew@tomsanguish i was wrong to put a my trust in patient safety advisor with#CQC who has no medical or Health Act knowledge -
@MaowMaowMew@tomsanguish stupid me was thinking his experience of dealing with the NHS in such tragedy he would take appropriate action -
@robertBird5@MaowMaowMew You waste your time asking anyone at the#CQC to help you Rob...@ZedTrafficker @CompInCare@meandme10@kkstuart -
