It may not be a good idea. But what law is broken? Especially if genuinely seeking better Rx? @frozenwarning @silv24 @RoyLilley @DrGrumble
@DrGrumble @frozenwarning @silv24 @petermbenglish @RoyLilley How do you mean doc? Based upon what?

@C7RKY@frozenwarning@silv24@petermbenglish@RoyLilley Based upon the law. -
@DrGrumble@frozenwarning@silv24@petermbenglish@RoyLilley But was the proper legal process followed here? What law did the parents break? -
@C7RKY@frozenwarning@silv24@petermbenglish@RoyLilley I get the impression that the parents preempted the court order. -
@DrGrumble@frozenwarning@silv24@petermbenglish@RoyLilley If I were a lawyer, I think I might call that hearsay doc. :) -
@C7RKY@frozenwarning@silv24@petermbenglish@RoyLilley I've pointed out already that we don't know the facts (and the hospital can't say). -
@DrGrumble@frozenwarning@silv24@petermbenglish@RoyLilley True. Someone will have to justify such action soon tho. Requires explanation.

It's well established in child protection law. An adult can deny live-saving Rx for themself, but not for their child.
@C7RKY -
@petermbenglish Understood, but as you've also said; nobody has proved parents were denying their child such rx. Merely seeking alternatives
