          @samw1980 @C7RKY sorry to hear that. nhs's best "assett" are its dedicated staff. Poor care is insulting to all patients+dedicated staff.

          @samw1980 @C7RKY midstaffs disaster showed allowing trust to set staff levels didn't work. Safe staffing levels and correct skill mix needed
