Of course views all mine. All without prejudice. Just a regular chap after all. Oh...and RT's may equally imply ridicule as endorsement.

For the first time ever, members of the public can go online to see the types of complaints PHSO has investigated! > http://www.ombudsman.org.uk/about-us/news-centre/press-releases/2014/parliamentary-and-health-service-ombudsman-shines-a-light-on-complaints-about-public-services …

@C7RKY ditto NHSComplaints -hideous of Neuberger to suggest using PALS to 'complain' re:LCPmanslaughter - bit more serious than cold food!

@NHSNaziHunters Anyone advising people to complain to the trust about anything serious, clearly doesn't have a grasp of the issues at play.

@C7RKY or does, and wants to prevent NHS being prosecuted for corporate manslaughter! Her bro in law is president of supreme court! :)

@NHSNaziHunters Very true! PALS are little more than the advanced intelligence gathering team, before the weeding/seeding team come in...

@C7RKY agree - so they know which records to ditch/amend in advance! That should be a specific criminal offence!

@NHSNaziHunters It already is. Getting our criminal justice system to lift a finger & do anything about it, is an entirely different matter.

@C7RKY the PHSO couldnt actually give a figure for number of LiverpoolCarePathway they'd had, as they had no consistent code for them!!

@NHSNaziHunters I could add a few examples of my own to that list, so I'm with you - they've clearly not been fit for purpose for some time.

@C7RKY these people really need a QUALIFIED SOLICITOR and free legal representation, not a PHSO! #legalaid

@NHSNaziHunters Even that doesn't always help, unfortunately. Has to be one of the honest ones (mine wasn't) & records are still a problem.
