@Cleverestcookie But how does one judge what's appropriate? Not all records are true. May look A-ok on the surface, but pt may say different -
@C7RKY I meant inappropriate phraseology. Problem may be with incorrect Read code selection, but wouldn't think widespread inaccurate -
@Cleverestcookie I'll never be in a position to comment on how accurate records are on scale tbh. Can't look. Know of plenty that aren't.tho -
