          @C7RKY I - as a then politician - and a Minister exercising statutory powers /quasi-judicial powers - should have been trained in that book.

          @C7RKY As the reviewer, Conor Gearty, suggested in the article, Bingham's work may be imperfect - whose isn't - but the book is a key text.
