Anyone in IRELAND able to tell me what legal position is regarding obligation for the state to offer school places to unvaccinated kids pls?
@ianmsyme Exactly. Old friend facing this. Made worse because same daughter had prev vaccs reaction, so she doesn't want to cave either! :(

@ianmsyme Hmmm..don't know. But I know there's no way legislation can force you to endure a medical procedure without consent. Regardless.. -

@ianmsyme I'm leaning human rights way, with limited info I've got 3rd hand so far. Indirectly, it's pressure to have a medical procedure. -
@C7RKY of course..but if as seems nursery could be regulated/licensed differently than primary etc which is the remit of gov dept -
