@ianmsyme You'd think. School trying to suggest they won't offer nursery place unless vaccinated, but not compulsory to have them - strange. -
@c7rky Eire??...involve the politico...they must uphold their own laws.. -
@ianmsyme Exactly. Old friend facing this. Made worse because same daughter had prev vaccs reaction, so she doesn't want to cave either! :( -
@c7rky just had a quick look John..nursery schooling seems to be in private/independent sector...must be regulated but by whom??? -
@ianmsyme Hmmm..don't know. But I know there's no way legislation can force you to endure a medical procedure without consent. Regardless.. -
@C7RKY yep...its ultimately the courts who if there is "conflict" must either arbitrate or decide...sent you a link..worth a look -
@ianmsyme Nice one, thanks Ian. I'll have a dig around... - 6 more replies

@C7RKY don't think there is a position. I suspect data protection legislation wouldn't allow discrimination in any event. -
@nuggs365 Data protection legislation? Interesting. How do you see that playing a part? School insisting on vaccs for nursery place I gather
-
@C7RKY well, not sure, but doubt if schools could request medical records. Have never seen a request yet anyway. -
@nuggs365 Ok, thank you. Suspect this eminated from application forms at school, so without access to med records. Awaiting further info tho
