@C7RKY I agree with the idea of HRA taking on this role as long as it is properly structured for it. Pre-approved protocols also sensible -

@C7RKY Dont think they are suggesting by-passing patient consent. If they were I certainly wouldn't support it. I see consent as an absolute -
@C7RKY ..except of course where there arr issues of capacity or emergency treatment - then strong safeguards and clear guidance are needed -
@Snyberwiz I'm less clear on who they are, what powers they have & how they're using them. More homework required but I'm far from confident
