      @Cleverestcookie Depends on the appt type? I'm used to observing interractions & taking notes. After cancer appt tho, was glad I had notes!

      @C7RKY that way they are accountable for the info they give. Patient recording discussion would also pick up Q&A detail.

      @C7RKY running at least 30 mins late and patients don't moan. Consultations are longer. Time may be prob in primary care.
