Andy Burnham refers to care.data. If Sec of State will work w Labour to *secure data.. they will support. (Medics say there are benefits)
@MagsNews This is a scandal, plain & simple. The public have been sold down the river, to enhance the profits of insurers. My old game...

@C7RKY w/out doubt the way it's been done - issue now is to ensure future data doesn't fall into unscrupulous hands. Data is a concern.. -
@MagsNews But it's quite apparent that applications for similar 'problem orgs' have already been received. And have you sussed fake opt-out? -
@C7RKY opt out won't be a reality because of poss hacking? -
@MagsNews No, that's a different concern. The one I have in mind is by design. What do you think happens to your GP data if you opt-out now? -
@C7RKY go on... goes into another pile of data that is under another name? -
@MagsNews Yep. Everything except 4 bits of info are taken to the TRUE goal here - HSCIC database. They never intended to let anyone opt out -
@MagsNews Caredata is a red herring. They're playing 3 card trick with GP/caredata/HSCIC, to disguise it. Not to mention 'redefining' words. -
@MagsNews It's really all about avoiding consent. Even seem to have a team advising them on how to get round it?? >pic.twitter.com/raJDauj4Ws
