      @C7RKY @ManeeshJuneja ICO approved the "presumed opt-in" approach, but even they have been critical of how it worked in practice

      @C7RKY @ManeeshJuneja ICO can only regulate the law - presumed opt-in not illegal, but easy to argue it's not entirely ethical
