There needs to be a culture shift that removes solicitors & legal teams from NHS complaints, SUI's & inquests - candour removes the need.

@Cleverestcookie@JamesTitcombe Yes, actually. The prob is (sorry) finding an independent clinician, isn't as straightforward as one thinks. -
