@curetheNHS I would appreciate a response to my April 2009 email to you & your view on Duty of Candour/Robbie's Law? https://docs.google.com/viewer?a=v&pid=sites&srcid=ZGVmYXVsdGRvbWFpbnxyb2JiaWVzbGF3dHJ1c3QwMHxneDo0ZmQ2MDVmNDgxMDYwMGY2 …

@curetheNHS@AVMA We all wear uncomfortable shoes on this journey Julie. V few are paid for years of effort. Still a disappointing response! -
@C7RKY disappointing response from u 2. My shoes- I take 30 calls wk, day & nite! From people wanting help, most urgent & that's my priority -
@curetheNHS You seem to assume others don't do the same? There are many of us trying to help others in urgent need day & night. Not just you -
@C7RKY 1. that's great, we need to collate complaints then as I find there's often a pattern. Getting complainants tog gives them more power -
@curetheNHS Thought this was a 'part 1 tweet', but perhaps no more? On this tho, is lack of candour not already a pattern you've found then?

@C7RKY@curetheNHS@willcpowell@AvMAuk everybody is fighting seperate battles for the same outcome, new independent complaints service -
.
@stuartfinch@curetheNHS@willcpowell@AvMAuk That's a vital aspect. But so is candour. Ind complaints service can still fail, if fed lies. -
@C7RKY@stuartfinch@curetheNHS@willcpowell@AvMAuk it's the falsifing of pt notes that allows so many untoward deaths go unnoticed
