Am I the only one that thinks witholding inquiry findings into a negligent hospital death, to protect those who caused the death, is wrong?

@C7RKY us to,we know what happened to Sean but it's hard proving it in the inquest as so many are prepared to cover for others,disgraceful. -
@Sturneroo7 That's what needs to really change here - the impunity with which cover ups are allowed to happen. Nobody wins till that's done. -
@C7RKY agree,Tuesday for us got embarrassing as 2 nurses made an attempt to cover their failings,"CAN'T REMEMBER" seem to be ok in inquest -
