@C7RKY @drjohnbye Well, yes. One thing 4 sure is that current paper based systems not good enough. Used 2 work in med records, many issues -
@MatSilk @drjohnbye Many issues indeed. Custody of records with potential defendants & exposure to possible fraud this facilitates, for one. -

@MatSilk @drjohnbye There's an element of rock/hard place about this for me. Paper & electronic both open to abuse, but by different people.
