      @C7RKY concerns taken to CQC but altho claimed to have done unannounced visit, in fact gave trust a week's notice, staff told wot to say

          @C7RKY @heatherawwood It's not PR. It's about remit. Your complaint relevant to Ombudsman or GMC. Possibly police or safeguarding.
