I hear so many cases of admitted liability years after the event, when initially no mistakes were acknowledged by the trust.
@DebHazeldine @curetheNHS No doubt all the people who we're being 'covered for', were unhappy to see their protectors removed? Disgrace.

@DebHazeldine@curetheNHS I can see how it's upsetting. I know I've been infuriated by the attitude of cover-ups being just part of the job.
