Of course views all mine. All without prejudice. Just a regular chap after all. Oh...and RT's may equally imply ridicule as endorsement.

So iPads are banned from cabinet meetings over surveillance fears, but it's ok for us to all carry them around? Hmmm. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/politics/10423514/iPads-banned-from-Cabinet-meetings-over-surveillance-fears.html …

@C7RKY Personal choice. Think cabinet meetings might routinely be discussing more sensitive things ;-)

@MatSilk Probably right. Although the personal choice part isn't really something we actually get to choose, eh? Pen & paper it is then...

@C7RKY You could turn off 3G/4G and cellular data, make sure camera is disabled ... basically make your tablet useless when mobile ;-)

@MatSilk My understanding is that such things can be remotely activated if you're a 'person of interest'? Must avoid being one of them. ;-)

@katemasters67 @MatSilk Hard to tell, but it's no accident that batteries in Apple products are sealed. Removing the power source impossible

@C7RKY @katemasters67 I mean, of course, it's no accident, it's by design. But more to do with making money I'd imagine

@MatSilk @katemasters67 Planned obsolescence is certainly a bonus factor too, I agree. Was only reading about strategic 'updates' recently.

@C7RKY Meanwhile "citizen journalists" will be rightly allowed into council meetings: http://johnbrace.com/2013/11/03/labour-u-turn-on-filming-of-wirral-council-public-meetings/comment-page-1/#comment-7585 … Another case of "WHEN IT SUITS"
