@c7rky open compulsion..no..but maybe used as covert compulsion...parent says no...seen as irrational by court.."safeguarding" etc etc -
@ianmsyme Compulsion via threat of a 'care order' can be as effective as the open variety, but still wouldn't rule it out. Watch that space! -
@C7RKY exactly...used again and again...sometimes it's use is correct...but too often it's use is incorrect... -
