A little help please - are CCG's supposed to have an official complaints procedure? If so what do you do if you find a CCG doesn't have one?

@C7RKY@JoinedU1@heatherawwood NHS Engl.ensure CCGs Complaints Policy. But many CCGs use CSUs 2 handle complaints&use old 'coverup tactics'1 reply 0 retweets 1 like -

@heatherawwood@Safe2Speaktweet@JoinedU1 This particular issue isn't my own Heather, but I gather an MP has agreed to meet on the matter.1 reply 0 retweets 0 likes -

@C7RKY@Safe2Speaktweet@JoinedU1 Understand. Sometimes a good MP can be the best route to getting something taken seriously.1 reply 0 retweets 1 like -

@Safe2Speaktweet@heatherawwood@JoinedU1 Wouldn't accept the complaint apparently. I'll try to find out more about that side of it though.1 reply 0 retweets 0 likes -

@C7RKY@heatherawwood@JoinedU1 PSHO seems to be inconsistent to what they take forward & what they don't. This needs to be reviewed really1 reply 0 retweets 0 likes
@Safe2Speaktweet @heatherawwood @JoinedU1 I agree. Hoping to make just such a point to them in the very near future myself, as it happens...
