@ShaunLintern So if they're all playing musical chairs, (as we know they do), that figure may be highly skewed then? NHS data is such a joy! -
@C7RKY That is exactly the point. How can a CEO get to grips with an organisation if they're around for such short periods of time. -

@ShaunLintern Quite. There are also those who might suggest NHS CEOs aren't around for very long, in order to ensure the mud doesn't stick. -
@C7RKY Most who leave of own volition do so to fill places left vacant by those taken out back and 'shot' by the system. -
@ShaunLintern Almost has a 'vulture-like' quality to it when you think of it that way. Most things in this system have a tainted feel to me.
