@BenClover Leaving aside the effectiveness of inspections for a moment, I agree - they're an early warning. Lot to leave aside though! :-/ -
@C7RKY The HSMR is the warning, the inspection is the confirmation the building's not on fire. Doesn't mean there're no problems tho - 1 more reply
