"You can see that this [NHS failures] is going to turn into a political dogfight" >Sky news confirm my pet hate. Stop this political crap!
@MichaelAvenging Agreed. There is much at play here. Our puppet politicians are just 1 link in this corrupt chain as far as I can tell. :-/

@C7RKY and they've made people so dependent on services and paranoid about health that people will pay to be told 'you've got hay fever' ! -
@MichaelAvenging So true. As somebody who now avoids doctors at all costs, (nothing personal), I can see the influences you mention at play.
-
@C7RKY ;-) well I don't go to docs either and I've got 2 kids in 20's who've NEVER been seen by GP! But it's money money money at root. -
@MichaelAvenging Not just me then? :) It's certainly about money. With those who stand to benefit financially, in a position to rig the game
-
@C7RKY Address poor care and crap practitioners, certsinly. but cost saving etc creates bad culture of work cos pts become the enemy then. -
@MichaelAvenging Quite. It's a small step to move from seeing people as patients, into regarding them as inconvenient 'costs' to be avoided.
-
@C7RKY it's 30 yrs since I worked in hospital so like to think that pts aren't treated like that but I don't know. Needs addressing if true. -
@MichaelAvenging Don't have your depth of experience, but my own certainly suggests that lethal corners get cut. Then hidden, if challenged.

@C7RKY upshot is that we'll end up paying directly for services we receive. And (for eg) nurses will have to be self employed. Big businessThanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo
