BBC 'blacklisting' >"..like a kind of vast, retarded toad, squashing the life out of the little guys in the media" http://blogs.telegraph.co.uk/news/seanthomas/100224612/if-you-complain-about-the-bbc-youre-blacklisted/ …
@paulrogers002 Well I only watch now to find out what week-old events they've been forced to acknlowedge & to find out the cover-stories! :)

@C7RKY Yes, I find 'news' on BBC is typically at least 12 hours behind Twitter and packaged in tamest possible manner :( -
@paulrogers002 Exactly. Usually something like: 'Yes, ok, this did happen, and it's going to be ok/not ok' (delete according to gov's line) -
@C7RKY It certainly feels like that - political consensus is accepted by MSM, argument is just abt competence of managers.. -
@paulrogers002 It's not even news any more. Nobody investigates or has an opinion for the most part. Just passing on press releases. -
@C7RKY Very much our role to create meaningful alternatives via social media then.. -
@paulrogers002 The alternatives are growing organically quite nicely I'd say. Faster would always be nicer though... -
@C7RKY Too right - I remember people raved about video as alternative media in 1990s, but too many just used it as gateway into MSM. -
@paulrogers002 Anyone who attracts enough attention will likely find a carrot being dangled I imagine? Tempt them to 'change sides' somehow. - 1 more reply
