@James_R_Hedges >underwent 2 procedures, but had only consented to 1? That appears to be a clear case of battery on the surface? Just me?

@C7RKY difficult to say I wasn't on that inspection down to the judgement call of the inspect team BTW did mention the name of the service? -
@James_R_Hedges Not completely sure what you mean by 'service', but what I refer to is detailed halfway down pg7 > http://www.cqc.org.uk/sites/default/files/media/reports/ins1-571177028_1-128767043_bmi_mount_alvernia_hospital_20130427_f4.pdf … -
@James_R_Hedges Did you have chance to glance at this James? How do I get a definitive answer as to whether CQC has reported a crime here? -
@C7RKY Hi as I said if the inspection team felt that it was a breech of criminal law, not just HSCA they would have reported. -
@James_R_Hedges Appreciated. I'm asking if they did or not? As I said, the team's own report details staff admitting an apparent crime here. -
@C7RKY I will double check but I would have imagined if that was the case we would have mentioned it in the report! -
.
@James_R_Hedges I'd be grateful for confirmation either way. Thanks James. My view is that police should be made aware of such matters#cqc
