@C7RKY at the time when vaccine uptake fell back there was reams written about it & no link between autism & MMR which was hypothesised -
@drkimholt Afraid I've developed an unattractive habit of being cynical re scientific opinion now Kim. Find I question evidence these days. -
@C7RKY@drkimholt I think the government handled MMR really badly & should have been more open & trasparent to allay parents' fears!! -
@willcpowell@drkimholt Question is Will, would it have actually allayed parents' fears, if they HAD been transparent? Why not be otherwise? -
@C7RKY@drkimholt We will never know John. Let's hope during the mass vacsination no child is damaged but initial problem may be remidied!! -
@willcpowell@drkimholt My thoughts are with the 2000ish receiving the MMR. I've seen both sides of this. Both are equally devastating sadly -
@C7RKY@willcpowell Let's agree to differ on this. -
@drkimholt@willcpowell Lol. I get that a lot! That's fine Kim - I appreciate it's a prickly subject, all ways round. :) - 2 more replies
