@royt1959 @ChristopherLod2 @CamdenBlogger I think anyone capable of such a thing, should be monitored in every way for life. That, or never>
@shunt69 I do understand your point too. Not easy with our police/courts, but death is hard to correct, wheras prisoners can be released.

@C7RKY but that leaves victims with a vacuum where justice should be! No deterrent, no justice yet a victim for life! And yet most reoffend? -
@shunt69 Just because state didn't kill 'convicted' abuser? I'm no expert & don't like current farce, but there must be other ways to deter? -
@C7RKY current system very wrong for all crime but we must have a baseline to rebuild justice system! Or is it now rehabilitation system? -
@shunt69 Good point. I believe 1 of the Marxist(?) ideas was to create a justice system which protects the criminal over the victim? Tick... -
@C7RKY ahem, Marxist tho it may be how can justice be mentioned when victim is left to fend for selves and pedophile '*rehabilitated*' -
@shunt69 No arguments from me over ANY of that. We're fundamentally in agreement here. I just fear a corrupt state with powers of execution -
@C7RKY So, would you possibly agree with me that to avoid a corrupt state we need to make voting a legal obligation? - 4 more replies
