maybe just easier to blame frontline staff +deflect attention from the real story of collusion + cover up @Modernleader
@Josquidgylawton I didn't say it was comparable. I just said we all have our tales. And in such circumstances, some front line are to blame.

@C7RKY just as there is no excuse for poor patient care there is no excuse for physical violence against staff! -
@Josquidgylawton Wouldn't want you/anyone else to think I EVER condoned such a thing Joanna. Why would you? This was about front line blame. -
@C7RKY unfortunately many members of the public think it is acceptable and it doesn't matter how honest and open we as nurses are with them! -
@Josquidgylawton I have seen both sides of this sad story, so I completely understand your point. But I KNOW you understand what I mean too. -
@C7RKY I do indeed and there is no excuse! Feel that we're often stuck in the middle.....sorry for things we can't control & being ignored! -
@Josquidgylawton I honestly understand that. In my job, I tell board members that they get the org behaviours they DESERVE at the front line -
@C7RKY To be honest I'm embarrassed and mortified at some of the stories that have come out! It is demoralising and upsetting! -
@Josquidgylawton I can imagine. I'm still in shock too tbh if it helps. Just didn't see the lies, forgery & criminal stuff coming. Who does? - 39 more replies
