@JFr4ser In normal circumstances, I'm afraid forging notes is only regulated through professional codes - GMC/NMC. Not a statutory offence.> -

@JFr4ser Perhaps you've been lucky enough to only work in good hospitals? That might be a reason why you wouldn't recognise what I describe. -
