@Modernleader yes so needs more than the headline
@ruthcarnall @modernleader Appreciated. I've experienced a number of these. How are they used to protect NHS employees? Can they be misused?

@C7RKY@modernleader yes it's a tricky area but sometimes reassurance is needed -
@ruthcarnall@C7RKY@Modernleader That's not an answer, Ruth -
@iHealthP@c7rky@modernleader sorry to what question lost thread pl repeat -
@ruthcarnall@C7RKY@Modernleader From@C7RKY :- How are they used to protect NHS employees? Can they be misused? -
@iHealthP@c7rky@modernleader@c7rky they are used to give employees reassurance that they are safe from unfair criticism or publicity -
@ruthcarnall@C7RKY@Modernleader How is that achieved by telling the employee s/he may not speak to anyone? -
@iHealthP@c7rky@modernleader that is not my point. The employee needs to be able to speak up about safety and quality at all times. -
@ruthcarnall@C7RKY@Modernleader Good - so why any limitation on what they are entitled to say?
