Of course views all mine. All without prejudice. Just a regular chap after all. Oh...and RT's may equally imply ridicule as endorsement.

If the EU collapses the British should demand a written constitution to protect themselves from govt. could be based on the US constitution.

@robbyyy What do we have at the moment then? Anything enshrining the independence of crown/gov/judiciary from one another? Not that it works

@C7RKY We have no real constitution & no protection from govt. We're not even citizens. Need a 1783 moment. EU breakup might be that moment.

@robbyyy We have NOTHING? At all? Then what dictates how things work, apart from the 'say so' of those who happen to have seized power? Hmmm

@C7RKY Thats the beauty of not having a written constitution. Those in positions of power can (pretty much) make it up as they go along.

@robbyyy Christ. Paid no attention to politics until forced to recently in order to seek justice. Obviously I wasn't supposed to take notice

@C7RKY We will need a major crisis before people wake up. Whoever wins the next election will be the last PM of the UK. The fix is on.

@robbyyy I'm not sure what that perfect storm would look like, but there seem to be more than a few factors coming into play at the moment.

@C7RKY Perhaps the perfect storm will be the EU. LibLabCon want in. Voters want out. The next PM will be last PM. Real end of nation stuff.

@robbyyy Astonishing, but not unbelievable. Don't know if I'm more angry at myself for waking up so late, or others for still sleeping now!

@C7RKY Without sounding too conspiratorial, politicians want "the great unwashed" as Kissinger would call us to stay silent & obedient.

@robbyyy That's the problem isn't it? If you dare acknowledge scale of what is emerging you risk earning 'conspiracy' label - kiss of death.
